Meat Raffle

The VRCHA is proud to support an exciting opportunity for Victoria’s Reined CowHorse community. Bringing internationally respected horsewoman Sandy Collier to Australia to deliver an official National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Judges and Competitors Seminar, along with exclusive clinics and private lessons.

This fundraising raffle will directly assist the Victorian Reined Cow Horse Association (VRCHA) in hosting this exceptional educational event, designed to elevate standards, strengthen judging consistency, and develop both competitors and officials across Victoria.

Why This Matters

Bringing a horsewoman of Sandy Collier’s calibre to Australia is a rare and invaluable opportunity. As one of the most respected figures in the sport, her depth of knowledge in horsemanship, cow work and judging provides insight that directly benefits:

  • Judges – Improved scoring accuracy, consistency and deeper rule interpretation aligned with international standards.

  • Competitors – Greater clarity around expectations in the show pen and how performances are evaluated.

  • Trainers & Owners – Practical tools to develop horses that meet the evolving standards of modern reined cow horse competition.

  • The Industry – Raising the overall standard of education, professionalism and integrity within Victoria.

A Long-Term Investment in the Sport

Hosting an NRCHA endorsed seminar strengthens Victoria’s connection to the global reined cow horse community and ensures our judges and competitors remain aligned with international benchmarks. This benefits not only those attending the seminar and clinics, but the wider community through improved knowledge sharing and stronger competition standards nationwide.

The VRCHA Meat Raffle is a practical and fun way for our community to get involved. By purchasing tickets, supporters are directly contributing to:

  • Educational opportunities within Victoria

  • Reduced travel barriers for world class instruction

  • The continued growth and professionalism of Reined CowHorse in Victoria

Every ticket sold helps invest in the future of Victorian Reined CowHorse and our Performance Horses.

We encourage members, competitors, supporters and the broader Western Discipline community to get behind this initiative. Together, we can make this milestone event a reality and ensure Victorian riders and judges have access to world-class education right here at home.

Support the VRCHA Meat Raffle and help bring Sandy Collier to Australia.
